I want to like this game, I really do because what I have played is amazing. However, there is a serious problem on the PC version. It crashes every 30 minutes, assuming it doesn't just immediately crash. I like the game, but I don't like it enough to reload. I've tried all sorts of different workarounds. I have no problems in any other games. I would avoid buying this until they make some sort of statement or correction.

Deep down there’s a good game here, but it’s impossible to get to right now. Every second of playing this game will be filled with choppy graphics, extreme framerate drops and sluggish gameplay. The top Google search for this game right now is “Will Pokémon Scarlet and Violet get a patch?” I would not recommend buying this game in its current state. It’s unbelievable that they’d finally deliver a game everyone has been asking for but willingly release an incomplete version.
