I have never missed a season or even one episode of the bachelor, the bachelorette, or any show connected to the bachelor nation, but if Chris Harrison does not come back I will never watch another episode ever again. He has always been the captain steering that ship and done it with grace and dignity. Without Chris the show would lose its appeal entirely and the wholesomeness that he has managed to bring. He has an uplifting , supportive way about him that I believe is what keeps these shows on an even keel . He is supportive and sympathetic to anyone who needs it, whether it happens to be the contestants or the bachelor/bachelorette or anyone on all the bacheloer nation shows without taking sides with anyone, yet he calms them down and helps them through whatever crisis or hurt feelings they might have. Everyone has at some point in their lives either slipped up and made a remark that could be taken offense to by someone. Give the man a break. He is a consummate gentleman and this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. BRING HIM BACK OR I AND MY FAMILY AND FRIEND'S WILL NEVER WATCH ANY OF THE BACHELOR SHOWS AGAIN. So as much as I have loved this show, if Chris dies not come back I will be completely done with anything connected. And I have talked to many of my friends who totally agree and. will also never watch any of the shows again..It will be impossible to find anyone who could live up to Chris for these shows. I think if you let Chris go this show will die a slow and painful death and a lot of money will be lost when this show dies. The stars for the rating are based on all the past seasons large ly due to Chris and his popularity.
