Was looking forward to this one. It was disappointing. The climactic scene where the killer is unmasked and blurts the secret in front of a room full of guests is ridiculous. Who in their right mind would do that?

Very disappointing ending to the Conjuring universe. The storyline is extremely weak and downright silly at times. The priest’s suicide makes no sense and it’s ridiculous that Lorraine who is a strong Christian with so much knowledge of the occult would teach her daughter to recite nursery rhymes to shut out spirits instead of teaching her to pray to the Lord. They should have stopped with Conjuring 3.

Beautiful movie. So glad Maddy is playing romantic roles again.

For once an intelligent Tamil horror flick. They have done some research and used the name of an actual demon. Interesting idea to set it during the isolation of the pandemic. Realistic without any over the top drama.

Glad it was adapted to North Indian sensibilities and not blindly copied from the original version. It was interestingly ironic that the husband was a gynaecologist who jokes that he is an expert on the female anatomy and still lacks the love, empathy and patience required to give his wife pleasure in bed.

Loved it. As a Christian, I loved the way they dramatized the Bible story and put it together with Christian tradition from the early church. Moving performances from the lead actors and Anthony Hopkins was a terrifying Herod.

Ridiculous distortion of the original. Why is BBC butchering a classic? I was mortified.

Season 4 rocks. Loved the feminine energy.

🤣 over dramatic. The lead actors who play cops are just silly and over the top. The screenplay is terrible and the masala and songs make it worse. The extra star is for the actor who plays the terrorist. He is the only decent actor on the show and is able to build a connection with the audience. And for once, the terrorist is shown as a human being with a family, relationships and attributes apart from simply being menacing and spewing hatred at India.

Love the old world charm and the songs. They have recreated the comic perfectly in the Anglo Indian cultural milieu. All the kids r cast perfectly and are really talented.
