The cinematography was breath-taking but watching Phoenix reprise his role of the Joker as Napoleon didn’t work for me. Watching an emotionless butcher for 2 1/2 hours did not hold my attention. Would have enjoyed more history and less grunting like a pig.

Not guy ritchie’s best effort by a metric mile. A long line of cliche scenes that didn’t mix very well. Not very impressive
