Horrible customer support! These are literally the lowest levels of the Gene pool in terms of humanity. Julio, Rob, whatever agent you reach is completely useless, and does not care about your concern. Their goal, as with all bethesda games is to rape your wallet, period. It is not about quality, it is not about resolving issues or necessary feedback. Please keep in mind, support will tell you in situations to reply to their email if you feel an exception should be made for your ticket, however they ignore any emails afterwords. I was very sick and could not take part in an event, and the ''support'' agents do not CARE! I explained my dire circumstances and they still would not provide me with a solution. After all the money I've spent, I will warn everyone to never play this game.
