A return to old school transformers, with a great storyline, voice actors, and some cool Easter eggs for us olds.

Tried to watch this on Netflix. Couldn't get through the first episode. Just awful. The writing is so terrible, it's hard to find fault with the actors when they have such trash to work with, but they chew the scenery quite a bit, so....yeah either they are terrible or the director is. After turning it off in disgust, I looked it up, and it's part of the Vampire Diaries I guess. So...that explains that. If that's your jam go for it i guess. But yuck.

Meh. Send like this movie never really finds a through line, and the ending is lame.

I am fairly certain that this entire script was generated by AI. It's that bad. Just a series of strung together cliched non-sequitors. Grillo and Willis basically sleep walk through the thing like they can't wait for each shot to just be over. Which is easier to watch than most of the other "actors" trying way to hard. Basically, you still get more entertainment value for your money if you just light $7 on fire than if you spend it on this movie.

Meh. Better writing them some of the other dreck we've been fed this year (the tomorrow war for instance), but still pretty bad. Muddled story. Soviet spies in the mid 90's. Giant floating new tech fortress, but the interior all looks like it was built in the 50's. Generic snidely whiplash badguy. Never really feels like there's any stakes. Overall kinda cheesey. Turn brain off, enjoy the explosions.

Couldn't make it through the first episode. So, so, so bad.

Meh. Too long. Too dark. Kinda boring. Pattinson is a piece of wood. Kinda stopped paying attention by the end.

Slow burn and an unexpected ending. This is a slower paced, cerebral movie that treads some familiar ground, but at the same time finds fresh ways to explore it. Excellent acting performances, and high production value, with great set design and cinematography. I feel like a bit of editing could have tightened this up, and there were some missed opportunities they could have explored more, but overall a fantastic movie.

Season 1 was okay but gave me doubts. Season 2 has dashed all hope. it's very pretty, very extravagant, but completely soulless, and nothing the Asimov's books. Worst of all, it's boring.
