Dude, Tom Hiddleston needs to stop activating the abominable fangirl in me! This movie is everything. Everything that I need to know about "the" other side of a film. The beginning is everything. The cast is everything. The plot and the soundtrack is everything. The skyscraper is everything. (Like literally ;-;) Tom why-so-amazing Hiddleston is EVERYTHING. This movie is really enthralling. The way they portrayed the idiosyncrasy of the genre, was really captivating. The cast was vague but fit perfect together. The cast behind the scenes has really paid attention to the smallest of details. Truly, movies like these are rare to find. This one is novel.

Truly brilliant! This is a must watch. The whole, idea of centring the film on the war atmosphere, but not losing the centre, Joey, the horse, is portrayed most perfectly! The sentimental attachment between the horse and his master is so subtle! The parting, the understanding, the efforts in ploughing the field, the terror of war in the eyes of the soldiers! I'd like to make a special acknowledgement to Tom Hiddleston, who made me believe how the eyes of a soldier speak differently than his gun...Like it's said, no man ever comes home from war.
