let's just get this out of the way NOT MY RODRICK in my honest opinion this movie honestly didn't need to happen. one of the main issues is that it doesn't feel connected to the first 3 diary of a wimpy kid films. the actors in those movies aged with their characters the 1st one is about rowley the 2nd rodrick and the 3rd frank the father this one places susan heffley in that role and it just doesn't work here is a list of issues i have. #1 greg seems younger than in the og trilogy #2 the humor is just awful #3 the lackluster plot and no character development # and last a moral that really isn't a moral in the end this movie isn't the worst but still is just a plain bad generic family film
