If you watched I love Lucy as a child like i did, you couldn't find a better cast of characters! Nicole Kidman did a phenomenal Lucille Ball. Javier Bardem did a great Desi Arnaz. I was always fascinated through the years with the Ball/Arnaz story and admire the way they both portrayed their characters. I liked the portrayal of how they fought for each other every step of the way, right or wrong they had a great business sense and had a public united front. Everyone knew Desi and Lucille had their personal problems, this is about the best non-hyped portrait of their life we will ever see. JK Simmons and rest of the supporting cast helped make this great true story as well. I've read up on all of the original characters through the years and it doesn't get better than this.
