While a history buff, found it a bit boring for "Main event TV". By watching the previews it didn't come off as a documentary narrated by a bunch of history professors. Was looking for more period acting and action. Overall found it better suited for Saturday/Sunday afternoon watching, and will probably switch back to Netflix tonight. And Yes it had tons of commercials.
