Just started season 1 and have to say absolutely blown away by the raw gritty and intense showcase of power brutality and the core principle of never lose money whatever it takes. The story being revealed in parts with something new discovered every episode along with an intense visual spectacle.

Brilliant show modern day take on a fictional second coming subtle yet jarring one of the best shows on Netflix.

Loved it hooked me like Breaking bad

It takes a special kind of skill to assemble a crew of hopelessly bad actors barring a few who are really good but dont share the limelight. Aarya is borrowed from the dutch series penoza , where the indian version tries hard to create something of substance but fails, almost no one can create any impact even Sushmita sen who struggles with depicting basic emotions and maybe one of the better reasons she shouldve remained in hibernation. The show is laden with unnecessary scenes promoting a 14 year old kissing her uncle , two under 18 kids kissing in the swimming pool and taking lsd, and not to forget a 70+ year old man having sex with his wife who is a third of his age. It also compares physiotherapists with compounders and has hurt the sentiments of many physiotherapists. Aarya tries desperately to make an impact but fails with probably only 1 background track playing the whole time and also bade ache lagte hain, I really hope the few good actors potrayed get a better chance , namely the characters of shekhawat, daulat , maya , the others are hopelessly bad at acting. I am quite suprised no one has taken any action against the objectionable content. the show is barely watchable and is a drag to watch, it couldve been such a better show had they had better actors and a better background score and cinematography. Waste of such a good borrowed script, saddens me.
