Lionel Matsuya

It's flawed, and it's too long, but if you can go along for the ride through an overly complex plot you may be thrilled by amazing world building, beautiful VFX both on a large and small scale, and some great laughs. This film makes me want to know more about the underwater kingdoms, to find out more about what happens to the characters, and to see the next instalment. The final third is the best yet in a DC film.
