Tepid first episode. Did a reasonable job of filling in the gaps post Return of the Jedi, but on the the whole unbelievably disappointing. Fight scenes with all the ferocity of a 1950’ Howard Keel movie, ie like slow motion. ( Felt like watching fight scenes from decades ago) Fett is meant to be a badass not move around like a slovenly geriatric. The amazing last Episode of Mandalorian salvaged what was an average show with poor simplistic script writing. Hopefully this gets turned around. On a positive note great soundtrack.
