last time when kangana ranaut impressed me was when she excellently acted in Queen movie for which she still remembered as with Queen title but since then she has not been able to show those acting skills again and this has been reflected in Manikarnika:the queen of jhansi,even though she has acted dually in movie not only as lead actress but also as co producer.as per as a actress her performance is satisfactory but film has disappointing appeal. when you will watch the movie it will remind you of Bahubali movie but it doesn't match the level of Bahubali. almost of 3 hours duration it has a sluggish pace in the first half itself that it will appear to leave the hall asap. regarding music i wont comment much because its a historical movie and it doesn't demand more. also kangana in every 10-15 minutes gives speeches on patriotism and it looks that she is contesting lok sabha polls in 2019 and her orator skills are to be appreciated. "khoob ladi mardaani woh toh jhansi waali rani thi" these lines still bring Goosebumps to every indian and on republic day occasion it is not a bad deal to watch a movie that reminds us of a historical character that tried to defend our nation from British empire but her own trustable ones betrayed her and even fighting a battle she lose to her own people. i hope my review will help people to decide whether to go for kangana ranaut or Manikarnika. my ratings:3/5

watched first day first show but as far as the character and personality of balasaheb thackrey ji is concerned this biopic of him stands no where apart from acting of nawazzuddin siddiqui who is the only central attraction of the movie and to some extent amrita rao who is playing the role of balasaheb thackrey ji's wife. the movie though covers almostcall aspects of balasaheb thackrey ji's life yet the plot is so weak that movie is not justifying balasaheb thackrey ji's personality. most of the part of movie is in black and white because it's a flashback movie that makes movie more dull. though the creators have tried to put everything to make movie better in every aspect yet it is failing to achieve the ultimate goal. in mid of movie the speed becomes so slow that makes movie quite lethargic to watch. balasaheb thackrey ji was a great person but in my view his biopic has been made like as a campaign ad for shiv sena for 2019 elections. thats all i can say about the movie and rest is on viewers to choose to watch or not. rating:2.5/5

zyada kuch bolna achcha nahi hoga, movie bahut achchi hai,kyunki suspense aur thriller dono hi hai isliye iss movie ko aap log cinema hall mein jaakar dekho,har scene important hai aur aage ka scene pichle scene se zyada suspense se bhara hai. india vs WI k boring test match se behtar iss movie ko dekhna achcha idea hai. real acting toh ayushman khurana ki hai,SUI DHAGA ur PALTAN jaisi movies ka aftershock jhelne waale logo ko isse sukun milega. my ratings:4/5

watched first day first show. to be very honest film ki koi solid story nahi hai,lekin haan isme jo lead characters hain jisme varun dhawan,anushka sharma,raghubir yadav inn logo ki acting ki wajah se ye movie ki bedam story bhi interesting lagti hai. isme varun jo mauji bna hai uski acting toh hai hi achchi uske alawa anushka sharma ki acting ne bahut impress kiya hai.60s,70s,80s ki films k samay mein actress ko saari mein acting karte hue dekha hai jisme woh acting dialogue se kam facial expressions se zyada karti thi ,kuch waisa hi anushka kohli ne bhi kiya hai .movie skill development par focus karti hai.agar skill hai toh koi bhi apni mehnat k balboote kuch bhi achieve kar sakta hai lekin haan struggle kitne bhi aaye haar nahi manni chaiye yeh iss movie ka message hai. haan ye sab jaante hain ki film k end mein hero hi jeet jata hai lekin life k film bhi aisi hoti hai. movie family k dekhne k layak hai,sab log saath mein dekh sakte hain,koi gandagi nahi hai.parivaar mein roz ki choti choti baaton mein jo comedy hoti hai woh aapko iss movie mein dekhne ko milegi jis wajah se aap iss movie mein interested rahenge. music koi tadak bhadak wala nahi hai lekin songs inspiration dene waale hai. 2018 mein achchi movies ka tota raha hai lekin yeh movie uski kuch kami door kar sakti hai. my rating:2.5/5

i watched the first day first show. yeh ek typical JP Dutta movie hai jisko hum 1997 mein blockbuster hit Border k remake bhi bol sakte hain jisme modified sunny deol hai,modified dharamveer hai,modified sunil shetty hai aur uske alawa story bhi alag hai kyunki woh 1971 war based thi aur yeh 1967 nathu la war pe based hai. ek typical jp dutta movie k saare characteristics is movie mein aapko milenge like ek soldier ki Love story jisme kuch gaane aur zabardasti ki ek heroine milegi jo yaha bhi thoos thoos k movie mein daale gaye hai jo movie ko slow karte hai aur boring bna dete hain. kuch dialogue jo mujhe achche lage unka zikra karunga ,"the more you shed blood in peace the less you bleed during war","brother at left,brother at right, together we live together we fight","koi fauji jung nahi chahata kyunki jung mein hone waale nuksaan ko usse behtar koi nahi janta",aise dialogue ek soldier ki feelings bht achche se express karte hai,aapko bhi achche lagenge. iss film mein ek cheez jo constant hai woh hai apne jaggu dada.border mein woh air force laane mein late ho gaye the yaha woh artillery laane mein late ho gaye. jo log chinese military k log bne hain unhne bhi thik thak acting ki hai. overall yeh fil ek tribute hai un unsung heroes ki jinhone apne aap ko humare liye aur desh k liye kurbaan kar diya aur samay k saath desh ne unhe bhula diya.iss movie se hi sahi kam se kam hum un bahadur sainiko ko yaad kar sakte hai aur unke desh k liye kiye gaye balidaan ko yaad rakh sakte hai jinke kaaran aaj sikkim aur arunachal bharat ka hissa bne hue hain aur Chinese army aur government ki chaalaki aaj bhi unko hathiyane mein lagi hui hai aur aaj bhi woh doklam jaisa karnama kar ke waha kabza karna chahata hai lekin itni kathin condition mein bhi humare fauji bhai unke mansube nakaam kar rahe hain. unko mera salute. un veer shaheedo k liye ye movie dekh 1 baar sakte hain. my ratings:2.5/5

watched first day first show. these days biopics are trending in Bollywood. these share some common features..the centre character with his or her somewhat happier childhood ,then struggling teenage and adolescence then slowly getting into some distress and finally over coming those struggles and distress becoming winner in the end. let it be sanju,marycom,ms dhoni the untold story,azhar,sachin a billion dreams or latest SOORMA. in SOORMA too after a gun shot injury,landing in coma,then overcoming the paraplegia and again re entering indian hockey team is the centre theme. associated music is the plus point of the movie and much better than previous biopic movies in past. other than it the flow of movie is also not up to the mark,diljit dosanjh has acted well as expected because he is the leading character. in my view if you are bored with this week you can watch this movie once with family. my ratings : **/*****(2/5)

a well plotted biopic as we had seen earlier during m.s.dhoni the untold story making. it is agreed that many facts must have been concealed during the making but yet whatever has been featured is well cinematised. the acting of ranbir kapoor is really awesome.after so much disappointments from him since last 2-3 years "sanju" has maked up all. overall its a one time must watch. ratings are only for rajkumar hirani direction and Ranbir Kapoor's acting :: 3/5
