Being avid reader of Mark Manson's work both online and of his first book, I had my eyes on this book ever since. The first half of the book with interesting analogies of life and emotions with various aspects of science were very gripping and insightful. However, I had no problem with the tone of the narrative( which many people said to be pessimistic), but the way some generic terms were used which different people have different concepts of, in his own way, were pitfalls in the writing. Especially the last few chapters seemed a bit too spread and out of thread than the previous mentioned narratives.
All in all, it is still a good read. It makes you think, question, and act with truths about life in mind. It doesn't tell you what you want to read but what you need to know.Make sure you come out of it with the whole gist not just ending of it al
