I loved it and thought it was a lovely little whimsical film filled with gorgeous animals and beautiful scenery. The story is simple but effective and highly entertaining, the animal graphics were fantastic, absolutely 10/10 wonderfully done, and the design of the sanctuary was quite magical; the little mice trains were a delightful little addition to the house! Really don't understand why people say this movie is awful as I found it a thoroughly enjoyable watch. (The Dab-Dab and forceps scene was definitely one that got many hearty giggles!) Yes, Roberts accent is a bit on the wonky side but it's easily overlooked if you don't think about it too much. Is it a deep and meaningful look into the human psyche or a thrilling action adventure superhero flick that keeps you on edge? No, but it's not trying to be, that's not the purpose of the film. Anyone who goes into this movie wanting to see Iron Man or an Oscar award winning performance will be extremely disappointed. This was a relaxed, entertaining film and was, overall, very much a family/kids centred movie and one I'd happily watch with mine again.
