Was looking forward to this year’s edition but have to say I’m extremely disappointed. Graphics wise the game is top notch but that’s about the only thing that’s good. You can tell the whole gameplay is built for FUT and nothing else. Defending is the worst I’ve seen in recent years, it’s like the people at EA forgot that good defending is a huge part of the game, defenders turn like their tanks. So slow. Next the goalkeepers are horrific. CPU keepers will pull of wonder saves up high and with their feet but when it comes to your keeper, he’ll parry shots into the net and just drop to his knees any time a shot is hit from inside the box. Probably more chance of me getting a reply from Rita Ora than my keeper securing more than one clean sheet. So many bugs in the game it’s embarrassing. Call up a youth player, they don’t have a name or number on their shirt. Loads of players don’t have game faces or commentary names…prime example Emile Smith Rowe. Some career mode objectives are ridiculous and mode as a whole gets barely any attention cause it doesn’t make EA any money. Game launches with loads of missing kits and sponsors. Be nice to get graphics for The Championship, league 1/2 or the Scottish League. I miss when Fifa was made with some love and not just how can we milk more money from people. Least it’s better than Efootball.
