I’ve never had such a bad experience like this before at ScotiaBank Chinook Mall! #yyc #calgary .... I came to the movies at 10:40 pm and I always go there for late shows even at 11:00 pm and I can still get popcorn but tonight they said to me “ we are closed at 10:55 pm” and I was waiting there for over 15 minutes! And when I told them that I’ve Always been served even at 11:00 pm and they said very arrogantly “ we decided to close tonight at 10:55 pm so no more popcorn!! And the MANAGER was right behind her and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, they didn’t even apologize and were very rude to me and rushed me off!!! It is busy in the summer and it is Tuesday movies night!!! It’s getting worse and worse with you guys!! You really need a new management. Thanks for your disrespect from your staff and good luck with your business in the future.
