A movie in which every part including acting, direction, cinematography, music, dialogues and pretty much everything reaches the paramount of perfection. An ordinary story that's made into an extraordinary movie with it's high class direction. The cinematography is so good that almost all the shots of the movie can be made into your desktop wallpaper. Worth watching. Surely one of the most brilliantly crafted works in India.

An absolute classic, performance of Robert de Niro was the best part and Travis Bickle, the mentally unstable protagonist is indeed one of the best characters ever portrayed. About the direction, well, Martin Scorsese, the name says it all.

Astonishing, such an exceptional storyline that rewrites the age old concepts of extra-terrestrials warring with the human race. Cinematography plays a key role in creating an eerie mood and enhancing the mysteries of an alien movie. And, why comparing it with interstellar? Like many of the reviews I read. Both are astounding in their own class.

Beautiful, slow paced start and when the emotions kicks in and we are just glued to the screen by brilliant perfomances of Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay.

Praise for its visuals, direction, performances, a storyline that gets intriguing at the second half, and especially the bgm that makes us experience the horrors and surprises of the shimmer. This one gets into a new class of extra-terrestrial movies, like that of 'Arrival'.
