At starting i thought of a horrible story narrated my THE DEATH. But it was its opposite. The death while carrying those souls felt pity for them but was unable to help them. Here this story is about the BOOk THIEF(Liesel Meminger). Death tells her story. first time he meets her in the train where he had arrived to take the soul of her younger brother. Then her story started at her foster parents house. She loved most her papa who understanded her read for her and taught her how to read and when in midnight when she was awaked by a night mare about her brother and mother so he was there patting her and reading her a book. Her mother was strict(but had a soft candle like heart) who always called her a saumensch ( she called that to one she loved) and she had a true (fool)friend rudy who was always with her (every time she stealed a book or food or fruits..) she just cried hard at his death. She loved books and jews[ who were killed by hitler at that time ]one of them was just like her brother hiding in their basement. He wrote 2 books to THE Book Thief. But in last when in the basement she wrote her own book[given by mayors wife Ilsa Hermann from who's library she stole book ] she does not kneww all in the himmel street bombs had landed one after another and her loved ones were carried by the narrator(death).this is a lovely funny emotional story it just has all the feelings. 😍it is the best book i read ever.
