Its watchable if you don't take it seriously. Its got some pretty decent gore and thrill. But its way over the top with some of the effects the blind guy is able to pull off. Its as if he could see better than the people with sight.

I think they spent 99.99% of the budget on Bruce's salary. Then had to find the special effects artists at the local pub. The story line had some possibility, but its just presented about as bad as possible. I watched the entire movie out of pity.

I don't understand the low rating. For a low budget horror film, this was damn good. Good gore, good acting, and a great plot twist at the end. Watch it and enjoy.
