This book is incredibly dull and hard to read. I am currently studying business law for school and this book painfully boring. The examples throughout the book are long-winded and, the way the whole thing is written makes reading the information incredibly painful. If you have to read this book for school, I pity you, truly, you have my sympathy. I recommend googling any information you need. There are quite literally thousands upon thousands of better sources at your disposal. Whoever wrote this book had connections in the publishing industry. Whoever said that it should be for academic purposes, shame on you.
