Just watched the item on Britianna Hotels and the Royal Court in Coventry in particular..we are booked into this hotel next month and are now pretty reluctant to go! Do I ring them and tell them of our concerns or go and give the room a thorough check? What about the cleanliness of the kitchens etc? The findings have really put us off
