This was such a disappointment, they made all the characters an absolute joke. Especially seeing this compared to how good the first one is. The movie completely lost all the serious aspects to how the first one this was like, the movie is more of a comedic, childish, low budget film. The only characters I liked was the Shark and Bloodsport.
