One of my favorite foreign, non-Hollywood movies! The cinematography is simply well done and the character development of the protagonists are well designed. We all know how WWII ends unfortunately, but the story of each person is what shocks/ saddens you. Not a happy movie but definitely an informational one about what the Finnish went through in the 1940s.
