Nice graphics and some good new buildings to work with. Other than that I don't see how this is a step up from 4 and 5. Rebel attacks are infuriating. Even with high approval rating they pop up, burn buildings and then disappear. Spend money on military which is next to useless. Also many of the finer details from 4 and 5 are no longer then. Was useful when factions would give a list of likes and dislikes.
