It has the perfect balance of love, laughter, pain, friendship,family, conflict,guilt and agony. The friends try to cope with the death of Menma andfor ten years they all blame themselves for her death and all of their lives revolve around the guilt and regret that they have. Somehow the guilt almost defines them until it doesn't. (you'll know once you see the anime) the once close friends grow apart in a drastic way after the death of Menma. The series also manages to cover Menma's families grieve too and very beautifully at that as well.if you don't like this Show and it doesn't always remain in a very soft spot of your hearts throughout your lives then you probably aren't even human.
