Ima Chicken

Ive been playing for about 8+ years and I love this game but it needs alot of improvements!! (ALOT) 1) BANNING: I got banned permanently on one of my accounts for no reason and everytime im on im scared ill get banned again, even when I do nothing wrong. Ive also seen alot of people get banned for no reason too! 2) REPORTING: People should not be able to report you so many times to the point where they ban you. Ive seen it and its stupid it could just mean someone hates you alot and reports you for no reason and then youd get banned for nothing. And ourworld takes their reports lightly ive seen someone clearly scam USD and when they got reported they didnt do anything. 3) SUPPORT SYSTEM: Ive had to send atleast 100 tickets and call in 2 times so that i could finally figure out the reason why they banned me?! They always open it once or never then they close the session giving you a answer that doesnt make sense. (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DID NOTHING). AND no matter how many times i ticket in or call explaining why they banned me for this reason (they banned me 3 years later after the "incident") but they never do anything they just say "We cant do anything about it". 4)HACKING: There is so much hacking going on its ridiculous and sad. Youd think after the first 500 complaints about someone getting hacked theyd do something about it but no. After corona theres been so many hacks going on and it sucks being online cause people are afraid of getting hacked! 5)SCAMMING: Same as hacking, theres so many people scamming its sad. Alot of my friends on here quit due to scamming and the game slowly dies because of it. 6)GEM OFFERS: When i try to watch a gem offer it never works or when i try to do a survey it never works unless i put my info into a scam site which i dont know why ourworld would allow this since there are still children playing on this but they do. 7)TERMS OF SERVICE: I think they really need to update it if they want to prevent people from USD buying. Usually it is illegal and games usually put it into their terms of service so that its clear but for new players they probably didnt get the email that was recent about the USD buying. 8)BRING BACK THE BOXES!: Ourworld is so bland without the excitement of random boxes. I dont know why they were removed in the first place due to parents complaining that its gambling... Its not! A majority of the people who play ourworld are usually older so why remove boxes due to "gambling"? 9)BRING BACK THE CONTESTS!: Yeah those ones the 2012 2013 ones where you have people create items and if they win they put the item in the game. It was so much fun participating and looking at peoples creations. (Who knows might give the ourworld creators some ideas on new fits and stuff. Nearly every new item is a reversed item where its the same item but a different color and it gets really old.) 10)DESIGNERS: They should have a opportunity for people to create items for the game because ive seen so many people with creative ideas that it could be a good addition for ourworld! 11)FORUMS: Its no secret.. the old ourworld forums got leaked and now some peoole have gotten a hold of peoples usernames and passwords before 2015. Ive seen people logging on and theyve witnessed all their items gone. If theres a way to increase security in accounts that would be nice. 12)SECURITY: Yeah theres a security code and password but that could be easily be skipped (Not saying how) but its happened alot and thats how hackers get into peoples accounts and take items sometimes. Maybe increase security code to where it cant be skipped?
