We had high expectations for this movie. We watched all the marvel movies back to back in the lead up to End Game just to make sure we hadn't missed anything. We already suspected the story line would involve time travel with the appearance of Scott at the end of Infinity War and would include a couple of great twists and complex conclusion to an incredible story. Unfortunately we left the theater underwhelmed and a bit disappointed. Dont get me wrong, it was an entertaining movie, but it wasnt loyal to many of the main characters. We expected a lot more from Capt. Marvel and the digression of Thor, although amusing at the beginning, was vary annoying by the end. The story seemed rush and clumsy, focusing more on ensuring everyone got a cameo rather than a faultless story. I have watched all the other marvel movies many times and enjoy them just as much every time. I'm not sure if I will be able to watch this movie in the same way. Will watch again in the Hope's it will be better the second time.
