I have always loved D Koontz, but this J Hawke series is disagreeably frustrating. Gave up and went to the end, and found it was even more yucky.

The plot-What a waste of time.
The characters? Why would a woman, whom the writers cast as nice looking, be married to such a creep, an unappealing icky person?
Not funny. No.
