What an absolutely incredible character study about grief and loss with one super-powerful being. Elizabeth Olsen deserves all the awards cause she absolutely killed it in this show. I was pretty skeptical back in January before the show started mainly due to the fact that the MCU hadn't really successfully developed characters' romantic relationships, besides Wanda and Vision and they were always relegated to like the C story in Civil War and Infinity War, but Marvel absolutely nailed this show. Hats off to Fiege, Matt Shakman, and the writers for tackling such a topic as grief for sitcom-style television; and to Olsen, Bettany, and Hahn for fabulous performances in a fantastic show.

Although the plot may be a little more jumbled than I hoped for, I feel like The Rise of Skywalker satisfies my love for Star Wars. I know that is probably not the case for some people out there due to the previous 2 films in the Saga, but I personally enjoyed the film. I wish we got more screen time with the trio of Rey, Finn, and Poe throughout this trilogy but even in the original trilogy, that iconic trio was barely together in Empire and Luke left Han and Leia halfway through Return of the Jedi. Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley were sensational and prove yet again that they have fantastic chemistry and are both quickly rising the ranks for my favorite actors today. I definitely recommend seeing it in a packhouse screening, and possibly in 3D to really overflow your senses. Just a few minor gripes about the plot and some unanswered questions but I will probably see it a couple more times in theaters to really wrap my head around it, but overall really enjoyed it.
