As compared to most of the contemporary Korean series, this series is good. But compared to all good thriller/action/drama web series, this series can be skipped. The main character Mr. Oh-so-cool Vincenzo is the invincible hero who is perfect and can smash ten goons in one blow in the most unrealistic fight sequences. The female lead is over-dramatic and acts like an annoying teenager who screams and shouts and acts cute as per her mood swings. The actors are good but the characters are arrogant and the script is haughty. If this type of shows are your jam, then you will like it. I stopped after two episodes.

The movie tries to be smart so hard that it becomes unfunny. The fact that a program develops its own consciousness is a highly plausible scenario in far future but this has been written in sci-fi stories since a long time ago. So overall, nothing was exciting enough to satiate the curiosity its trailer promised to, unless you have never read sci-fi novels or watched sci-fi shows before. It's a very straightforward story(with no twists or bends) presented with very good visuals and a very few decent jokes. Although I am not a big fan of Ryan Reynolds' comedy, I really liked him in Deadpool. So, I guess the writers of Free Guy is to blame for the plain humour. All the actors did a good job. So, to sum it up, it's a pretty boring movie.

A good plot ruined by cringe inducing direction and dialogues. The screenplay sucked. They also stretched it with ghisa-pita typical Bollywood romantic scenes and SONGS! What could have been at max a 1.5 hrs of torture, wasted 2.2 hrs of my life (which I would have gladly spent staring at the wall instead). Let me tell you if your heroine is a strong-headed vegetarian woman who doesn't know how to cook then she won't be cooking mutton for her lover no matter what! If you chop off your hand and don't see a doctor for a looooooong time, you DIE!

I just finished this series in one go. The binging could be credited to the gripping story thanks to the original novel by the OG Tarun Tejpal himself. Jaideep Ahlawat (Hathiram), Ishwak Singh (Ansari) and Boddisattva Sharma (Hathiram's son) 's acting stood out from the rest. It was an honour to watch them play their respective characters. What could have been a 5* series was single-handedly brought down by quite a few moments of sub-par writing and a lot of sup-par dialogues. It was upsetting because I was really rooting for the entire series to have that tightness which many of its scenes individually had. Nevertheless, it is still a landmark series in a myriad of ways and a must watch! Don't miss it.

Save yourselves. Don't waste 3 hrs of your holiday week watching this cringefest like I did. The first half of the movie is so boring, you can actually skip it and still not miss the story. That left everything to be packed in the second half and it was a riot of many ungraceful action scenes. It was so bad I was laughing at some of its resemblances to 90s cringe Bollywood movies (eg. like the "daddy daddy" wala crying fest to end all the evil or Wonder Woman's moral-science lecture in the middle of the bombings etc). Even Gal Gadot's ethereal beauty and her prowess as an action-hero failed to conceal the dullness of this movie.

Anurag Basu tried to pull off a "Guy Ritchie-Priyadarshan" mixture in this hotchpotch of stories and failed to deliver an overall TIGHT storytelling. It's undoubtedly a brave attempt considering Indian cinema. But as an avid cinema enthusiast, I must say Ludo has a lot of loopholes with a cocky script (inspite of its philosophical take on good vs evil). Rajkumar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi were the only ones who peaked some interest, thanks to their immense talent.

The cinematography : wow! The plot : Facepalm! It's one of those hyped movies at whose climax, you just want to pull your hair because you want your precious time(1.5 hrs in this case) back! Yeah the story is just as bad as any Indian horror film (except Tumbbad which was a masterpiece). You have questionable taste of horror films if you like a poor plot full of jump-scares and this movie is just that! Plus the violence look forced(read unnecessary), not at all tastefully done (and I love violence in movies). The internet is full of its feministic stand and trust me this movie did not feel empowering to me as a woman. Yeah, even the feminism is forced in this movie! It's a beautiful movie because of its gorgeous cinematography but the story is just a lot of events stiched together really badly. This movie is like an attractive but really dumb human being! If you like good cinema, do NOT watch this. Thank me later.
