it ruined the show for me. the entire vibe was depressing and so far from what the show was actually about. the gilmore girls was my comfort show. but ever since ive seen the revival, its impossible from me to watch the show back without thinking how much of a mess Rory will grow up to be and how poor her character development is. ughhh there are so many things wrong with this revival and it is a perfect example as to why i hate sequels to great shows/films.
