I enjoyed reading both 'A Dog's Purpose' and the sequel, 'A Dog's Journey' so much that six months later, I read them a second time, but on the second reading I made notes of how many lives the dog lived and clues as to it's age at each death and I calculated that the time span of all the lives lived by the dog covered about 130 years. (Hey, I was curious).
