Trudging slow, forced dialogue and just plain bad. There is not a single redeeming factor is this painful film. Shannon who has questionable talent as best is better as a character actor than a lead looks like a fish out of water here. Chastain, well, in a good vehicle can show a lot of bright spots but this entire stretch lacks energy and pace. Everyone seems to be mailing it in and just trying to get through the pain they are inflicting on the audience. Just pointless.
