The book is a good read for personal development. With mental health, anxiety, and depression on the rise, self -reflection is a very much needed component for self-restoration. The author uses the scientific method to help us self-reflect to strategic plan for self-improvement. Everybody faces storms at certain times in their life. Storms in the form of situations, circumstances, obstacles, problems and difficulties but using the scientific methods will help us face obstacles head on and be realistic with ourselves in order to improve personally while applying something we learned in grade school, the scientific method.
