As one reviewer said, "in ancient times..." I was a wee child then, & WW11 is still a memory! We need more of that spirit now - perhaps PRESIDENT BIDEN!!! can restore some pride & decency to our nation, (USA.)The disgraceful antics of the previous president lost us a lot of respect. I apologize for the last 4 yrs, altho I DID NOT vote for the unmentioned one.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I watched this beautiful movie. I am old & jaded. "Been there, done that." But somehow, this movie touched me deeply. I thought it was great, & will watch it probably many more times in the future. It is "art", & one cannot explain why a beautiful movie touches you. I am usually very critical, having lived, traveled, moved around & had lots of experiences - none the less, I loved this movie!!! Enjoy...

Brings one in touch w/personal memories, regrets, bittersweet happiness & regrets. Gratefully, I have had this in my life. Left w/ feelings of melancholy.

Just saw the 2nd time, yrs after the 1st. It's even better this time, due 2 my understanding of sociopathy. Pitts' portrayal of which is excellent! A thoughtful, riveting film. Pitt isn't just a "pretty boy!"
