SBMM ruins the game. So much potential down the drain because some lard thinks it’s a good idea to have SBMM, and no ranked system. So every public match feels like there’s $500,000 on the line.

The game is absolutely terrible. Debatably worse than any previous madden. The only thing they care about is MUT. Considering that’s the only game mode they’re constantly robbing people’s money year after year. Franchise mode is an exact copy and paste from the last few years. Not a single upgrade or change. The commentary in the game is word for word the exact same. Face of the Franchise has so much potential and yet they still manage to do the impossible and ruin it. It has absolutely 0 direction in the story, you play a game, sit out for a couple years, come back, pass for 500 yards and get benched. Wait a few years, do the same, get traded for a 4th string Fullback. There isn’t any voices on the players so it’s all awkward silence with subtitles. So yeah. The game is a copy and paste. Save your money at least until it’s free on EA Play because the game is NOT worth $60, let alone $75 or $100 for the ‘special’ editions.
