I don't think this movie will be enjoyed by non United States people. Not sure whether this qualifies as a world movie. Has some strong moments surely because of the presence of great actors, but it drags through most parts. Not the quintessential Tarantino movie that we have come to expect. Not really sure about the hype and the great ratings.
