oh my, where to start, the anime has got a small amount of cool moments, but they swim in a sea of typical weaboo anime, the writers are in their own sandbox so to speak, they do what they want, they bend the rules how they want, they kill characters but they never truly die, there is no interesting character in the anime (with the exception of Ban), it is overfilled with fan service and mindless battles, the rules of the world are never consistent and keep getting bent at every major point of the plot. To sum up, the anime had a good concept to start off, but the writing team did not do anything with that potential, the animation team may also be to blame (however in my case I do not care as much for the animation as I do the plot). The only reason I am giving it two stars is that 1) it had a couple of good moments and 2) the openings are pretty cool
