I don’t know how accurate it is. I thought it was pretty boring mostly. I am sure however that the ending was glaringly inaccurate in that Bonnie and Clyde were not given a chance to surrender at the ambush. I imagine that the two heroes may have lost some shine to viewers if they were just shown mowing them down.
