I loved this book. The way it was written really helped to develop an understanding of Adler's work. The writers did a fantastic job in this respect as it makes the work of Adler far more accessible. There were so many lessons to learn that can be put to use in one's personal life. But the greatest takeaway I got from this book is how I can apply the theories to the world of teaching. As a school Principal, this is going to be invaluable in developing my teacher's skills and helping the students.
