This is nothing like the book. The humorous parts that made the book just just marvelous have been removed. Also Camp Half is supposed to have bunks and not hammocks as shown in the Cabin for Poseidon. There are multiple more Flaws but i wouldn't want to spoil anything for anyone who hasn't read the books. All in all i would just recommend not watching the movies at all. As I have read All of Rick Riordan's book, this is a truly disappointing movie.
