Honestly, can't believe it is even considered one of the best Teen Romance movies. The script was horrible and the timing was bad as well. He said "I love you" so early, after the first date ???? extremely unrealistic and cringey. I understand the story is sad and all but for high school seniors everything seemed fake. The actors looked WAY older than 17/18 and Shane West is a horrible actor. The main characters disliked eachother for years but after 1 month of dating he marries her? like c'mon. Everything just happened way too quick and at the end it wasn't even like Landon aged 4 years? all in all it seemed extremely unrealistic, I do NOT recommend.
