This was extremely disappointing. It was no where near on the caliber of excellence that the book was on. It felt very rushed to me, they left out intricate parts that I felt like would've drawn people in who've never read the books before. If someone were to watch this show and they didn't like it (because it was trash) and I told them to read the books, they wouldn't want to. Unless they are true book fans that know 9.8/10 the book(s) will always be better than their movie/show adaptations. This was an extreme let down and I can only hope that if they decide to move forward and do another series for the next 2 books that they take more time and put a lot more thought into it.

I love watching every kind of scary movie there is. This one was no different. My favorite part was the ending. I'm not going to spoil it for any on lookers in the reviews, but I just love it. This is definitely a movie that I would recommend watching to my friends.

Haven't even seen it and I hate it

This movie is not scary...its actually quite funny.

The movie started off great but the ending was terrible honestly. I didn't like it at all. This man was a serial killer and at the end of the movie his son allowed people to give him a funeral portraying him as a hero and good samaritan when in reality he was a monster. I didn't like it at all.

This movie was a roller coaster. I first watched this movie on Netflix and I have to say I was left undecided on whether it was a good movie or not. I liked some moments of it and other I was just like "huh?" However, I think overall this movie was and okay movie.

I love horror movies and my favorite horror movie franchise at the moment is The Conjuring franchise. I have really enjoyed these movies and cannot wait for the latest edition to come out. With that being said, I loved this movie. There was action, jump scares, and of course HORROR! I love how at the end it tied up the events in this movie to the other movies in the franchise. I hope to see more from this movie franchise.

I have never really seen the other Halloween movies because I was quite young when they came out and my mother wouldn't allow me to see those types of films so I never really got into them. But I can say that this movie made me want to get into them. I liked this movie, but I just have one question. Why won't this man die? I mean he has been injured in ways that would kill anyone else. Is he like supernatural or invincible or something. I've done research on it but they never really quite explain that. I would love to hear the reasoning on how Michael is still alive.

This movie was amazing! I loved it! There was thrilling twists and the silence really made it even more riveting. The only part about this movie that made me sad was in the beginning when the youngest son died. But overall it was a great movie. I wish they would make a second one.
