Naughty Dog, never would I have thought you'd do this. Their are few video game studios out in this world that I believe to be "True to their craft". Santa Monica Studios, CD Projekt Red, Rockstar, Insomniacgames & Naughty Dog The list has now grown one short. As one of them has now fallen into the pit of politics, lies & manipulation. The ENDING literally just portrays a message of everyone loses. The sequel of TLOU2 will forever be a lesson of why placing gender/identity politics or any political agenda in general, will never make a game successful. Keep your political opinions to yourself as creators! You are creating for an audience, a community gamers NOT politicians. I loved the 1st game, I played it on ps3 then got it again for ps4, but to then see something so beautiful, so unique, something that would fit well as the term "golden" is then turned into absolute despite, hatred and anger. All because it's for political beliefs. What baffles me is why spend millions of dollars developing a game and then say people will not like it? Why tarnish a once beloved brand? Why become a company that becomes an example of "what not to do". It absolutely baffles me. To then also make trailers to misdirect the interpretation of the game is also mind blowing to see that coming from Naughty Dog. Spoilers, but I recommend to not waste your money on this game anyways. The game seems to evolve around a lot of female characters, the game tries to Express woman with empowerment in a misandrist way. There are homosexual woman (Ellie & Dina) , a large muscular women (abby), pregnant woman (Mel & Dina) and a 13 year old girl who wants to be identified as a boy (Lev). What did it cost to push for these political agendas Joel brutally murdered by Abby, Jessie murdered by Abby and Tommy left almost handicapped by Abby. Dina moving on from Jessie to be with Ellie. Maria and Tommy split. It shows Abby helping 2 random female Scars ( Yara & Lev) and then brutally murdering men. Men shooting themselves. In the end Abby & Ellie battle it out but Ellie then decides to keep her alive, forgiveness? I do not know, but then what was the purpose of the game? To kill beloved characters and ruin other characters lives for the sake of just showing everyone loses? Ellie losing her last 2 fingers so she can not play the guitar anymore? Everyone loses? Well it certainly was achieved. Naughty Dog you have lost the trust and love of your fans and gamers y'all lost money. This game has utterly destroyed itself trying to push a political agenda and so proves such things will and must never succeed in the gaming community. You can call this review misogynistic OR you can call the TLOU2 a misandrist video game trying to push forward its creators political agenda. All in all the game is a big middle finger to those that loved the 1st game.
