This show is so body positive. I love that they have regular people instead of supermodel bodybuilders. The contestants run the gamut. Young and old. Fat and thin. Fit and flabby. Just goes to show that looks aren't everything, and everyone can be beautiful if they have a positive attitude and are confident and proud of who they are and what they have. It's great to see people approach nudity so casually, and to discuss our bodies so frankly and honestly.
