Matrix IV is quite lack of ENERGY or POWER, compared with the previous ones. Neo can no longer be decisive, or sharp in reactions, or flying (typically). The movie has also put stress on that Neo is old and lost his leadership he had built in the trilogy. It perhaps reflects something in the minds of Americans. The “Super-Fast” ability of the Analyst perhaps reflects their nightmare too.
