Great show but why do they let the 'chefs' keep their hair down when preparing and/or cooking the food? This would not be allowed in any bakery, restaurant, etc. This is something that needs to be instilled in these kids while they are learning. I won't let my granddaughter cook in my kitchen unless she is wearing an apron, her hair is tied back and her hands are clean. The minute she touches her face or hair, her hands are washed.
