Kingly night

Jon Walker deserved better in this show, the theme pushed the character into being a “monster” but then didn’t even understand how to do it. Framing the killing of a super powered terrorist that had been actively trying to kill him and aided in the killing of his best friend as a bad thing is pretty disgusting. The original Captain America kicked a guy in half as well as killed thousands (including civilians) when he destroyed the heli-carriers. Then after the loss of his best friend just when things couldn’t get worse, Falcon and Bucky show up to beat Walker to near death and take the shield from him... then he gets a stupid trial scene where the show tries it’s hardest to remove any context from the killing to trick the audience into not thinking about how incredibly dumb the entire situation actually is. Falcon then goes on to give one of the worst speeches of all time that involves him yelling at an old balding senator to “Do Better!” In regards to the distribution of resources at a world wide level, ignoring the difficulty of the task and not offering any solutions... he just stood there ranting about how bad things are without offering anything... what a hero... I use to like Falcon.
